Choose four content pillars
A content pillar is a subject the account can return to repeatedly. Four pillars are usually enough to create variety without confusing the audience.
- Authority: teach something useful
- Identity: reveal taste, values and perspective
- Community: ask, respond and collaborate
- Commercial: connect relevant products to real needs
Use a 40–30–20–10 mix
For the first 30 posts, allocate roughly 40% to useful niche content, 30% to personality and story, 20% to community participation and 10% to commercial experiments. The exact ratio can change, but starting with value makes monetization feel earned.
Batch the direction, not the soul
Templates make production faster, yet each post still needs a specific job. Write the hook and intended audience reaction before generating the visual. Then select a scene, outfit and format that strengthen that message.
A fast content engine only works when every post has a clear reason to exist.
Review every ten posts
After each ten-post cycle, identify which themes earned saves, profile visits and meaningful comments. Use those signals to update the next cycle. Keep the influencer’s identity stable while evolving the editorial plan.
