Delete your
Aura account.
You can request deletion directly inside Aura. This removes the account and data associated with it after the waiting period shown in the app.
Delete from the app
- Open Aura and go to the profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Choose a reason, confirm the request and follow the status shown in the app.
The current in-app flow schedules deletion if you do not return to the app during the stated one-week waiting period. Opening the app during that period may cancel the pending request.
If you cannot access Aura
Email Destek@paradapusula.com with the subject “Aura Account Deletion.” Include the minimum information needed to locate your account. We may ask you to verify the request.
What deletion covers
Deletion is intended to remove your account profile, avatars, generation records, gallery items, favorites and related service data, except limited information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction records or legal compliance. Protected backups may take additional time to expire.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting Aura does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your Apple account settings to prevent future renewal.
