Terms
of Use.
Clear rules for creating ambitious virtual identities while protecting people, platforms and the work behind them.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and WeStudio (“Aura,” “we,” or “us”) and govern access to Aura’s website, mobile application and related services. By downloading or using Aura, you agree to these Terms. If you use Aura for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity associated with your account or device identifier and for maintaining control of your sign-in method and devices.
3. The service
Aura helps users design virtual influencer personas and generate visual content from templates and creative selections. AI outputs can be unpredictable, may contain errors and may not be unique. Features, generation limits, supported formats and availability may change as the service develops.
4. Subscriptions, credits and limits
Free and paid access may have limits on generations, avatars, templates, resolution or other features. Some generations may use consumable credits. Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged to your app-store account, renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your store account settings. The product screen controls the current price, billing period, included benefits and any trial. Refunds are handled by the applicable store, subject to mandatory consumer law.
5. Your content
You retain rights you hold in the prompts, selections and materials you submit. You grant Aura a limited license to host, process, reproduce and transform that content solely as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.
6. Generated content
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial creator activity. Because laws and AI systems vary, Aura does not guarantee that an output is exclusive, registrable, non-infringing or suitable for a particular campaign. Review outputs before publication and obtain professional advice for high-risk uses.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Aura to impersonate a real person without authorization; create deceptive endorsements or fabricated evidence; exploit or sexualize minors; produce unlawful, hateful or abusive material; violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights; bypass safety measures or usage limits; distribute malware; or interfere with the service.
8. Disclosure and advertising
You are responsible for clearly disclosing virtual or AI-generated identity and sponsored relationships when required by law, platform rules or audience expectations. Do not present a virtual influencer as having real-world experiences, product use or personal testimony that did not occur.
9. Third-party services
Aura may rely on hosting, AI generation, storage, authentication, analytics, app-store and subscription providers. Third-party services may have separate terms. Aura is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Suspension, cancellation and deletion
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent harm, respond to legal requirements or address non-payment. You may stop using Aura at any time and use the account-deletion control in Settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled in your store account settings.
11. Disclaimers
Aura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific audience growth, revenue, output accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Earnings examples are illustrative and are not guarantees.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Apple terms
If you access Aura through Apple’s App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Aura, support, maintenance or claims relating to the app, except as required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where it is incorporated by the App Store.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Aura evolves. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. For questions, email Destek@paradapusula.com or use the support or feedback channel inside Aura.
